Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide truly patient-centered care in Rockwall, TX, and surrounding areas, with Part-Time positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to address functional goals through an evidence-based method, resulting in durable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs
• Assessment of visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs

Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure (required)
• Professional certification or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Strong ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
