About the role

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages, focusing on improving daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify functional limitations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, cognitive, and social abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
