About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, physicians, and occupational therapists.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team

Pay
$100,000–$125,000 per year + up to $12,000 annual bonus + $10,000 sign‑on bonus
Schedule
Full‑Time | 40 hours/week (Monday‑Friday)
