Position
At HCA HealthONE Swedish, we are seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.
- Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing, independence, and quality of life through purposeful, compassionate care.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care, safe environments, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Lead by example, providing guidance to therapy assistants or students and upholding HCA Healthcare’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited school with bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Maintains current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Maintains active Occupational Therapy Certification in the State of Colorado.
- Maintains current certification in BLS for HealthCare Providers (in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines).
- Successful completion of student clinical rotation or work experience in at least one of the following settings: acute care hospital, long-term acute care facility, skilled nursing facility, and/or acute rehabilitation setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (OT) Occupational Therapist.
Skills

Pay
The typical hourly wage range for this position is $43.23 - $64.85.
Schedule
This role is PRN (Per Diem).
