Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to improve patient outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other staff
• Provide therapy to diverse patient populations including neuro, trauma, and ortho cases
• Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
