Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to help patients regain or maintain daily living, work, and leisure skills.
• Facilitate patient participation in meaningful activities to promote independence and satisfaction.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, safety, and adaptive equipment use.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and contributing to a safe, high-quality care environment.
• Deliver top-of-scope patient care in an onsite inpatient rehab setting.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, innovative clinical environment.
• Support safety, quality, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; Master’s preferred.
• Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through recognized providers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
