Qualifications
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy
