Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Per Diem
About the role
Provide individualized services to patients to improve occupational performance and collaborate with patients, families and treatment teams to improve functional outcomes for the patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized services to patients to improve occupational performance.
- Collaborate with patients, families and treatment teams to improve functional outcomes for the patient.
- Work 2 holidays per year (at holiday pay).
- Work 1 holiday adjacent weekend shift per year.
- Weekend requirements vary by per diem role, ranging from 1x/month - 2x/month (increased weekend with higher weekday vol expectation and vice versa).
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelors Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited university.
- Required Credentials: Current Washington State license to practice as an occupational therapist and BLS.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Masters Degree in occupational therapy.
- Experience: Experience in acute care pediatric occupational therapy.
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Pay
Compensation Range: $46.96 - $70.43 per hour
