Occupational Therapist I - Rehab

Role: Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients' therapy needs through assessments and customized care plans.Provide patient and family education on deficits, adaptive equipment, and support resources.Assist with patient discharge planning from therapy services.Supervise support personnel in compliance with licensing laws and standards.Apply critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred.Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong critical thinking, judgment, and ability to work independently.
