Provides occupational therapy care with autonomy for a complex patient population, demonstrating proficiency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care appropriate to various age groups.
• Contribute to professional and departmental growth.
• Uphold standards of practice.

Requirements

• Arkansas State license or temporary license for new graduates.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire).
• Less than one year of experience acceptable.

Skills & Key Duties

• Apply clinical skills and knowledge to ensure effective care.
• Work within the Level I career ladder requirements.
• Adapt care based on patient needs.

Schedule

8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.
