Requirements
- Arkansas State board license or temporary license for a new graduate.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Occupational Therapy.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.
- CPR certification is required but can be complete upon hire.
Qualifications
- Absolutely required: Arkansas State board license or temporary license for a new graduate.
- Preferred: BS, MS, or DPT in Occupational Therapy.
- Acceptable: Less than one year of professional experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in providing care for a complex patient population.
- Ability to demonstrate skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Monday-Friday
Rotating weekends/holidays
