Occupational Therapist I - Acute Care

About the role

Supporting our Enhanced Rehabilitation program in the acute hospital setting, the OT I will provide comprehensive consultations and therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• One year of relevant work experience in an acute care setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
