About the role

Provide comprehensive home health care services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions at patients' homes to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Florida.
• Experience in home health care setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
