About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a home health setting, serving patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver individualized occupational therapy plans aligned with physician instructions.
  • Assess patients' needs, considering age-related or special requirements.
  • Create rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.).
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • CPR certification (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to work independently.
