About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a home health setting, serving patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver individualized occupational therapy plans aligned with physician instructions.
- Assess patients' needs, considering age-related or special requirements.
- Create rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.).
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- CPR certification (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to work independently.
