About the role
Provide therapeutic services to individuals in their homes to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance client independence and participation in daily activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in home health care setting preferred
