Evaluation and Treatment
This position is responsible for evaluating, planning, administering, and supervising occupational therapy treatment. It involves assessing patient functional abilities and limitations, establishing a plan of care and treatment goals, collaborating with patients and families, providing skilled treatment, documenting progress, and communicating with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed an educational program in occupational therapy approved by the appropriate governing board
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of practice
- BLS certification required
Skills
Must demonstrate clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide appropriate treatment, including the ability to assess and address physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. Must be proficient with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment.

Pay and Schedule
- Option 1: PRN, Call Outs/PTO/Leave, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Option 2: Full Time, 40 Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Option 3: Part Time, 20-28 Hours per week, Flexible Days/Flexible Hours

Additional Information
The estimated pay range is $35.37 - $58.95 / hour, with actual pay determined at offer based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. Banner Health supports a drug-free work environment and maintains a privacy policy.
