Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy (Per Diem)

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist to deliver patient-centered, one-on-one care in outpatient settings across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Review patient histories and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose movement issues and utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and manage pain
• Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Valid license as an Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR and first aid certification
• Basic computer skills
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or eligibility with relevant upper-extremity experience
• Preferred prior outpatient hand therapy experience across all age groups, especially adults
