Occupational Therapist (Full Time)

About the role

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services primarily in a senior living community, including patient assessments, direct treatment, supervision of therapy assistants, and development of home exercise programs.

Work in diverse home settings and deliver age-appropriate care for adult to geriatric patients while adhering to all legal and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Utilize safe treatment techniques and maintain equipment logs
• Adhere to medical precautions
• Supervise therapy assistants

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

CPR certification is preferred.

Pay

Compensation is based on visit points and hourly pay.
