Occupational Therapist/FT South County Medical Building

About the role

Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies in the state of practice. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.

Location: Mercy South County Medical Center, 13303 Tesson Ferry Rd, Suite 50A, St Louis, MO 63128.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state; may work under a temporary license up to 90 days
• Current BLS certification
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on Neuro experience
• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
