About the Role

Symbria is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join the Home Health Care team in Madison, WI, traveling up to a 40-mile radius including Oregon, Fitchburg, McFarland, and Middleton. As part of a 100% employee-owned company, you'll have ownership stake and a voice in the organization.

Schedule & Workload

• Flexible scheduling with no set start or end times, Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays)
• 32-40 hours per week
• Treating 25-30 patients per week
• Mileage reimbursement provided

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community
• Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
