About the role

You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

  • 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships
  • Two evaluations per week to keep the work varied and engaging
  • Built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge
  • Supervise and support 2+ COTAs
  • 70% productivity expectation

Schedule

  • Four- or five-day work weeks

Pay

  • Choose a compensation model that works for you:
    • Salary: $82,000–$90,000
    • Pay-per-billed-visit: $35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour
  • Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation
  • Performance-based monthly bonus: $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives
  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $7,000

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • NBCOT certification in good standing
  • Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
  • 2-5 years of experience
