About the role
The Occupational Therapist organizes and conducts prescribed skilled occupational therapy programs through purposeful, goal-directed activity to treat persons whose function is impaired by physical illness or injury, emotional disorder, congenital or developmental disability, or the aging process. The role aims to achieve optimum functioning, prevent disability, and maintain health.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as an Occupational Therapist or in compliance with the state practice act.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Positions in Home Care require a current valid Driver's License with a vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
- One year of experience working in a hospital, long-term care, home, school system, or outpatient Occupational Therapy department preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
