Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is: OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval
Location
13037 Bel-Red Road, Suite 102, Bellevue, WA 98005
Schedule
Afterschool/Evening Hours and/or weekends needed: anywhere from 4pm to 7pm Monday through Friday as well as weekend mornings and early afternoons if desired.

Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
- Washington State license in Occupational Therapy OTR or COTA
- Passion for changing the lives of others
