Occupational Therapist Certified, OTR, Pediatric

About the role

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their growing pediatric therapy team in Manhattan, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans to support their growth and independence.
• Plan and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Perform and document initial evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and re-evaluations.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Partner with families to provide education and support for continued success at home.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Contribute to a positive, child-centered environment focused on achieving meaningful results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete documentation within established timeframes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• One year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Clinical education experience with pediatric populations may be considered in place of professional experience.
