About the role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting ASAP at a school district in Odessa, Delaware.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
  • Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
  • Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
  • Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
  • Potentially supervise OT assistants

Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Delaware license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay and Bonus

  • $45.55 - $49.10 per hour
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
