Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,494 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Peabody, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patient independence and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
