Windom Area Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide patient-centered treatment across a variety of age groups
- Deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment
- Support patients in achieving optimal independence and functional outcomes
- May be expected to provide flexibility to support care needs across departments or affiliated facilities as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Minnesota
- Certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Orthopedic and sensory integration experience preferred but not required
