Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings & evaluations
• Provide innovative, individualized treatment sessions
• Coach and train parents & caregivers
• Document progress effectively
• Collaborate on projects that push the boundaries of pediatric therapy

Requirements

• Experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy (1-2 years)
• Strong interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans
• Mentorship and lifelong learning commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current license to practice in California
• Passionate about family-centered care

Pay

Salary Range for an experienced (1 to 2 years of experience): $87,100 - $93,200
