Requirements Job Description and Responsibilities This is a part-time, virtual role as an Occupational Therapist (OT) serving a school located in New Hampshire. The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs. Job Details Part-time, 18-25 hours/week2026-2027 school year, (September - May/June)Grades K - 12Job duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case managementGuaranteed hours, including documentation, administrative, and planning timeVirtualDual support from the District and TheraPedsManageable caseloadsThis position will be a 10992+ years of virtual school experience$50 - $60+/hour ($1050-$1260/week+) Qualifications BS, Master's, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited universityState License as Occupational TherapistNBCOT LicenseLicensing with the State Department of Education, where requiredExperience working with childrenStrong foundation in Sensory Integration and ability to identify and analyze areas of developmental and sensory-motor dysfunctionOrganizational and time management skillsProficient in use of technologyFingerprint background clearanceAbility to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communicationsMust have 2+ years as a virtual OT in the last 3 years Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
