Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation care, assess patient needs, develop and supervise treatment plans, and foster meaningful patient relationships for successful recovery. The role involves delivering compassionate care, recognizing small victories, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients
• Supervise care, lead assessments, and create tailored treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Celebrate patient progress and support their journey to independence

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
• CPR certification
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
