Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Sets up patients for success through personalized orientations.
• Provides a full range of occupational therapy services including assessments and treatment planning.
• Develops individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
