About the role
Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper body strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to improve safety and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
