Occupational Therapist

About the role

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team in St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers
• Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
• Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• Current Caseload Structure: Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic, approximately 50% in-house services within 1–2 partnered ABA centers (subject to change based on caseload needs)
• Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided

Pay

$33–$55 hourly rate, plus a $6K sign-on bonus and productivity incentives
