Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy to pediatric patients in home settings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas state license in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
