Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating holidays and weekends

Facility: St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital

Location: Chicago, IL 60622

Will be primarily Inpatient but will be cross-trained for Outpatient – great opportunity to expand your skill set/knowledge base.

Open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services within scope of practice in order to restore function and prevent disability for clients or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with department and Hospital Policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519.
• Functions according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.

Pay

$38.00 to $51.43 per hour (exact starting compensation determined at time of hire based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure).
