Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Minimum of six (6) months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
