Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments supporting wellness, mobility, and independence
- Document in EMR systems and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
- Use telehealth and virtual care options to enhance flexibility and care continuity
Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Computer proficiency
- Current CPR certification
Physical demands
- Lifting and assisting with transfers
- Repositioning patients
- Driving to care sites
