Responsibilities

- Providing professional guidance and consultations
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
