About the role
Providing personalized occupational therapy care to patients, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building meaningful patient relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate successful recoveries and celebrate small victories that lead to meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to patients
- Supervise care, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Foster patient trust and understanding to promote recovery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
