About the role
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to provide home care services in the Oklahoma City area.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' ability to perform independent living skills
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress for safe and effective outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Assist with discharge planning and recommend adaptive equipment and community resources
- Supervise care provided by others according to standards
- Perform documentation and modify treatment plans as needed
- Ensure safety and compliance throughout your work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Oklahoma licensure
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, lifting, and patient handling
- Excellent communication skills
Ideal candidates are independent, self-starters comfortable managing their caseload. No prior experience is required.
