Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
