About the role

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy for patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or accidents in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Deliver individualized therapy in patients' homes or care facilities.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Practice independently within an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern.
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New York State.
  • Valid driver’s license required for areas outside Manhattan.

Skills

  • Strong assessment, planning, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to respond adaptively to evolving patient needs.
  • Independent practice in community settings.
