Role Overview

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• C Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• B Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• E Educate patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• D Document progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• G Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• F Valid state OT licensure or registration.
• H Current CPR certification preferred.
• J 0-1 years of experience.
