Occupational Therapist

About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing care in the Marengo and Brooklyn, IA areas at a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, focusing on improving functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• Accredited Education: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
