About the role
Key Rehab is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Carthage/Monett/Nerosha, MO area in a SNF setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and create treatment plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
- Flexibly schedule for patient care and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Qualifications
- Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice
- Ethical Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficient task management and solution-oriented problem-solving
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptability to changing situations and commitment to seamless teamwork
- Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective oral/written interaction with patients and colleagues
- Experience with Geriatric Population: Understanding of the unique needs of elderly patients
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines
