Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon.
About the Role
- Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions and disabilities
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and independence
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining and improving physical function and independence
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
