Occupational Therapist

About the role

Provide professional occupational therapy services according to accepted OT practice in consultation with the referring physician for home health and hospice.

Responsibilities

• Time management.

• Clinical skills/treatment planning - includes assisting the patient/family with instructions and obtaining medical equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an approved occupational therapy program with a Bachelor's degree. Current NC license to practice occupational therapy.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.

• Current NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
