About the role
Seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and discharge goals.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams; make referrals to specialists as necessary.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students while assessing their competency.
- Document assessments, treatments, and consultations in accordance with departmental policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) certification required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
