About the role

Wood Aven Health & Rehabilitation in Wausau is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their in-house therapy team. The ideal candidate will help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement additional therapy programs to meet patient needs
• Lead therapy management, culture, administration, and pursue advanced clinical skills and knowledge in areas of passion
• Enjoy appreciation and value from an organization that acknowledges the role of therapy in post-acute care
• Collaborate with all team members across departments and utilize cluster models and resources for clinical and professional growth
• Work in an environment where all department teams are independent and share the same goals

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Open to candidates at all experience levels
