Responsibilities

- Guide patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
- Celebrate patient victories along the way.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
